Overview JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining our core business applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the .NET framework and a strong background in both desktop and web development. You will also be a key player in our business intelligence initiatives, using BI tools to transform data into actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and enhance business-critical applications for both desktop and web, leveraging your expert knowledge of C# and VB.NET within the .NET framework.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions using various BI tools.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
  • Manage software integration projects and oversee application upgrades.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and compliance of all applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum experience 6-8 years as a developer, with a focus on building robust business applications.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the NET framework, specifically with C# and VB.NET.
  • Significant hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle R&A).
  • Deep understanding of databases and various system integration methods.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
