Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will handle daily financial operations, including managing general ledger accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and conducting audits as needed. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processes, and tax compliance
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
