We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, engaging experiences that bring our purposeful game to life. You'll craft seamless journeys that make complex learning feel simple and enjoyable for players.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Prototype UX Flows

  • Deliver wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with game mechanics and user goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of planned UX/UI work within each sprint.

Implement UI Design

  • Translate UX concepts into polished, visually engaging UI screens with attention to layout, color, and typography.
  • Work closely with visual designers and game artists to ensure consistency with the game's creative direction.

Collaborate on Design Reviews

  • Present UX/UI solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Iterate with minimal need for major rework and align with visual standards.

Plan and Run Usability Tests

  • Design and conduct usability testing with players or internal testers.
  • Analyze task completion, confusion points, and overall interaction quality.

Integrate Player Feedback

  • Review and prioritize feedback from playtests and incorporate actionable insights into design iterations.

Ensure Fast Iteration Cycles

  • Respond quickly to feedback from internal reviews and user sessions, maintaining short turnaround times for updates.

Participate in Playtests

  • Attend player testing sessions to observe user behavior and evaluate the impact of design decisions.

Attend and Contribute to Design Syncs

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are clearly communicated and implemented as intended.
  • Place UI artifacts and specs on
    Zeplin
    to ensure clarity and smooth handoff.

Maintain UX/UI Quality During Handoffs

  • Provide clear documentation and design specs to ensure accurate and efficient development of interfaces and interactions.

Document Design Specifications

  • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including screen specs, interaction behaviors, and UI guidelines for development reference.
