The 
Social Media Executive
 is responsible for managing and enhancing the brand's presence across social media platforms. The role includes content creation, planning, publishing, community moderation, and performance reporting. This position ensures alignment with the brand's communication strategy and supports marketing objectives through consistent, engaging, and data-driven social media activity.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop engaging and brand-aligned content (static posts, videos, reels, and stories)


• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms


• Schedule and publish content in line with communication and campaign timelines


• Handle community management, including moderation, responding to messages and comments, and audience engagement


• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, and creative) to support campaigns and brand initiatives


• Track social media performance through weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations


• Support in managing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and online brand activations


• Monitor platform trends, best practices, and competitor activity to optimize content and engagement

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Professional Background


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field


• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role


• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social)

Technical Skills


• Strong content creation skills


• Understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance tracking


• Ability to develop insights and data-based recommendations

Soft Skills


• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and copywriting skills in Arabic and English(Kurdish language would be an advantage)


• High attention to detail and time management skills


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities


• Proactive, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
