Human Resources Department

Job Objective: Provide security personnel through field visits, building relationships, posting on platforms, and coordinating with labor sources to meet the needs of security sites quickly and efficiently.

Main Tasks:

• Field visits to recruit security personnel.

• Daily posting of job advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram).

Maintaining effective relationships and networks to recruit personnel.

Receiving and evaluating applicants in the field or at the company's headquarters.

• Convincing applicants with clear offers (salary, housing, meals).

• Collecting required documents and ensuring their completeness.

• Building a database of available personnel.

• Immediately responding to any shortages in coordination with operations.

• Preparing periodic reports on the number of accepted and rejected applicants.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience in recruiting or field recruitment (preferably in the security or operations field).

• Previous experience in security or operations companies is preferred.

• Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and employment groups.

• Ability to work in the field and travel.

• Organization and time management.

• Good understanding of human resources policies.

Educational Qualifications:

• A degree in business administration, human resources, or any administrative field is preferred.
