Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasr city, Cairo, Egypt, for a Printing Engineer. As a Printing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the printing teams and processes, ensuring optimal machine performance, and maintaining production efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring quality assurance, coordinating with clients and team members, implementing improvements in production techniques, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company practices.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in web fed printing processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting,
    long experience will be counted for
  • Knowledge of pre-press, binding, finishing, and digital printing operations
    is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve technical challenges efficiently
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with sustainable printing practices and environmentally conscious production methods
  • A degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the printing or packaging industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with clients
