Job Purpose:

ITXPROS
is seeking a talented and creative
Motion Graphic and Video Editing Designer
to join our marketing team In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and motion graphics that bring our brand and campaigns to life across multiple channels.

The Motion Graphic & Video Editing Designer will work on projects ranging from social media videos, animated explainers, product demos, and event highlights, to full video campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, technical, and other teams to produce engaging visuals that support ITXPROS's business objectives.

Your ability to translate complex ideas into compelling video and motion content will play a key role in building awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging motion graphics and video content for marketing campaigns.
• Produce and edit long-form video content, including webinars, interviews, tutorials, event coverage, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Create short-form video content (reels, shorts, TikToks, ads, stories) for social media platforms.
• Develop animated graphics, intros, outros, and explainer videos.
• Edit raw video footage into polished deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
• Work with the Marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling video executions.
• Design and animate assets for paid media campaigns, website, and digital platforms.
• Manage the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, sound, and motion design.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for multiple platforms (web, mobile, social).
• Stay up to date with video and motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Organize and maintain a video asset library for easy reuse and repurposing.
• Collaborate with medical and product teams when producing industry-specific explainer videos or tutorials.

Requirements:

General:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Previous experience in SaaS/Tech or healthcare industries is preferred.
• Previous experience in the USA market is a plus.
• An agency or production house background is a must.

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of motion design, video editing, and animation principles.
• Proven experience in editing long-form videos (corporate videos, webinars, educational or tutorial-style content) in addition to short-form.
• Hands-on experience with short-form content creation for social media.
• Ability to handle full video production (storyboarding, filming, editing, sound design).
• Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and how to adapt content for different funnel stages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and animation work.

Tools:

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Audition (or equivalent audio tools).
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video optimization for web and social platforms.
