Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented Mid to Senior Level Systems Developer to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in building custom systems and automation solutions for our education and course creator clients. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you'll architect and develop scalable solutions that transform how our clients deliver their products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build custom systems from scratch using Lovable, , and SQL
  • Create sophisticated automation workflows using n8n to streamline client operations
  • Develop robust backend solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experience
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems as needed
  • Collaborate with our systems team to implement best practices and ensure code quality
  • Document technical solutions and create maintainable, scalable architectures
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional development experience (mid-level) or 4+ years (senior-level)
  • Strong proficiency in and SQL database design/optimization
  • Hands-on experience with n8n automation platform
  • Experience with Lovable for rapid application development
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven track record of building systems from the ground up
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience with API integrations and webhook implementations
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with education technology companies or course creator platforms
  • Familiarity with customer journey architecture and retention systems
  • Knowledge of additional automation tools or low-code platforms
  • Understanding of fulfillment operations and backend optimization
  • Experience with refund prevention systems or accountability frameworks
