Job Purpose

The Project Manager will lead the successful execution of software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, drive collaboration across technical and functional teams, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of complex software projects, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies as required.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and vendors.
  • Track project performance, KPIs, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all project phases and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure quality assurance and oversee UAT processes for deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale software development projects.
  • Hands-on experience delivering ERP, BPM, and enterprise platform projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Software projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
