Key Responsibilities

1、Recruitment Execution:

  • Partner with the HR Manager to execute recruitment for Sales, Project, and Service positions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
  • Lead the recruitment of both white-collar and blue-collar positions for the Egypt factory.

2、Local HR Operations:

  • Support the HR Manager in local recruitment, onboarding, training, cultural integration, and compliance management for overseas local employees.

3、Channel Development:

  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels in various countries across the MEA region, including job boards, social media, and local agencies.

4、HR Policy and Process Optimization:

  • Assist the HR Manager in reviewing and improving HR systems, policies, and procedures for overseas subsidiaries.

5、Employee Development & Relations:

  • Participate in employee development, performance evaluation, and employee relations programs for local teams.

6、Other Assignments:

  • Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

1、Experience:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Human Resources, including at least
    3 years in recruitment
    .
  • Proven experience in
    cross-border or multinational recruitment
    .
  • Proficient in using
    LinkedIn, Facebook, and other international recruitment platforms
    .

2、Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in
    headhunting or agency recruitment
    .
  • Existing
    headhunter network or mid-to-senior-level hiring experience
    .

3、Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in
    local employee training and development
    is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.

4、Language:

  • Fluent English
    is required;
    Chinese and French proficiency
    is an advantage.
