Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in New Cairo. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits. The Senior Accountant will also assist in developing and implementing internal controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts management
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and best practices in compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a senior role
• Familiarity with budget preparation and financial analysis
