Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs forms, etc.).
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Resolve transportation and delivery issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation, safety, and customs regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and sales teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Sending samples to customers and building a database of samples and their locations.
  • Provide general support for administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or transportation management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good command of English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Nearby resident is a must (Zahraa Almaadi, Maadi, or Moqattam residents are preferred)
