We're looking for a Senior Database Administrator to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of our databases ensuring top performance, security, and availability across our ERP, e-commerce, and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable database architecture for current and future systems
  • Monitor and optimize performance through indexing, query tuning, and storage planning
  • Ensure database security, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Lead database migrations, version upgrades, and cloud integrations
  • Support ERP retail & supply chain applications and E-Invoice/E-receipt operations
  • Audit data accuracy and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Mentor junior DBAs and collaborate across IT and business teams

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in database administration or infrastructure roles
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Expertise in HA/DR architectures, security controls, and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP databases (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
