Role Description

1. BIM Modeling & Coordination:

Develop BIM models for electrical systems in compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate effectively with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and low-current systems to eliminate design conflicts.

Optimize BIM workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

2. Design

Design for electrical works such as (Lighting & Power& Sizing transformer & Cable routing, S.L.D).

Design for IP Low current system such as (fire alarm, data, telephone, sound, cctv, access control).

Electrical Calculation such as (Voltage drop, short circuit, lux study, load estimation).

3. BOQ & Quantity Takeoff:

Perform precise quantity takeoff and cost estimation for electrical materials.

Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement and budgeting.

Generate detailed schedules and reports extracted from BIM models.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and BIM specialists.

Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.

Ensure effective coordination between the technical office, site engineers, and consultants.

Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and BIM proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Consulting offices standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience Level: 2–6 Years
  • Target Universities: Cairo University, Ain Shams University, AUC, BUE

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working days: Sunday – Thursday
