Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, applying expertise in deep learning, NLP, and data-driven modeling to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for various applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate AI models into products.
  • Analyze datasets to extract insights and optimize models.
  • Conduct model testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning for performance.
  • Stay updated on AI research, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, deep learning, or NLP.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
  • Critical thinking, innovation, and attention to detail.
