Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Technical Advisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The French Technical Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting customers with their technical inquiries. The role includes daily interaction with customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively assist and guide customers
  • Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in French both written and spoken
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Previous experience in the technology or customer service industry is a plus
