We are seeking a hands-on IT Business Analyst with proven experience in ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment. This is not a data analysis or reporting role — we're looking for someone who will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and adaptation of ERP systems on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate should reside near 10th of Ramadan City, as the role requires frequent on-site presence at our factory.

Key Responsibilities
:

Lead and support ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and beyond

Act as the primary liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and software developers

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Provide on-the-ground support during implementation, testing, and rollout phases

Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and manufacturing operations

Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize business processes

Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to customize and troubleshoot ERP modules as needed

Provide training and support to end users

Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering

2–3+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (not just support or usage)

Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment

Excellent communication skills to work with both business users and technical teams

Fluent in English

Based in or near 10th of Ramadan City, and able to work on-site at the factory regularly

Nice-to-Have (Highly Preferred):
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

Background in industrial systems or shop floor technologies

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

Important Note:

This position is not a Data Analyst or Reporting role. Candidates with only reporting/dashboarding skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel analysis, etc.) will not be considered. We are specifically looking for someone with end-to-end ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing context.
