Overview

The Senior Social Media Specialist will own Town Team's social media presence end-to-end, ensuring a consistent brand tone, strong audience engagement, and clear commercial impact. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, trend awareness, and performance tracking across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly social media plans aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, and sales periods.
  • Manage Town Team's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead content ideation in collaboration with the Reels Content Creator and the design team.
  • Write compelling captions that reflect Town Team's bold, youthful, and confident tone of voice.
  • Monitor trends, formats, sounds, and challenges relevant to fashion retail and Gen Z audiences.
  • Manage posting schedules, community management, and inbox moderation.
  • Coordinate with influencers and support campaign rollouts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize content strategy based on analytics and platform performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media management (fashion or retail experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience managing high-volume content calendars.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience working with performance data and social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with junior team members.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
