Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, presenting suitable properties, and negotiating successful transactions. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in New Cairo is a plus
