About the Role

We are seeking a 
strategic and data-driven Media Buyer
 to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across 
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
 and 
Google Ads
 platforms. The ideal candidate has proven experience running successful lead generation and conversion campaigns in the 
medical
 and 
tech
 industries.

You will develop, implement, and scale performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage 
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
     and 
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    campaigns.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies specific to 
    medical
     and 
    tech
     sectors.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for best ROI and CPA.
  • Create A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spending and pacing.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven experience
     managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success running campaigns in the 
    medical
     and 
    technology
     industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proficiency with tools like 
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager
    , and 
    Google Ads Editor
    .
  • Experience with 
    conversion tracking, retargeting
    , and 
    pixel setup
    .
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time role.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with 
    TikTok Ads
     (a plus).
  • Understanding of 
    SEO
     and how paid media integrates with organic strategy.
  • Experience with 
    medical marketing compliance
     (HIPAA awareness or local equivalents).

Working Hours
