We seek an experienced 
Senior Flutter Developer
 to join our team and take ownership of developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that millions of users use
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile development, specifically in Flutter, and experience building apps with high user engagement, solid architecture, and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using
    Flutter

for both
iOS

and
Android

platforms.
- Ensure the application's scalability and performance, optimizing for large-scale user bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and optimize app performance.
- Lead efforts in optimizing the app for performance, ensuring minimal latency and the best possible user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter features, tools, and libraries to maintain the app's stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years

of professional experience in mobile app development.
- 3+ years

of hands-on experience with
Flutter

and
Dart

in production environments.
- Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining
high-traffic mobile applications

with millions of active users.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile
architecture

patterns (e.g.,
MVVM

,
Bloc

,
Provider

, etc.).
- Expertise in
RESTful APIs

integration,
GraphQL

, and real-time data handling.
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques, especially for applications with large-scale user bases.
- Experience working with
Firebase

(Cloud Functions, Firestore, Analytics, etc.) for scaling app performance.
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as
Provider

Riverpod

, or
Bloc

.
- Knowledge of platform-specific design principles, patterns, and best practices for
iOS

Android

- Experience with
CI/CD

pipelines and automated testing (Unit and Widget tests).
- Strong understanding of
asynchronous programming

- Familiarity with performance tools (e.g., Flutter DevTools) for debugging, profiling, and improving app performance.
