Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Professional to lead and grow our ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. This role is crucial to driving Customizo's growth in existing and new markets by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning our ServiceNow services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions across targeted industries and regions.


• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.


• Build relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.) to understand business needs and promote relevant ServiceNow solutions.


• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and demonstrations.


• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries with professional, timely, and compelling content.


• Represent Customizo in ServiceNow partner channels, events, and joint sales motions.


• Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, updates, and trends to effectively position offerings.


• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report KPIs to senior leadership.


• Support the creation and execution of Go-To-Market strategies for new ServiceNow offerings or vertical solutions.


• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).


• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or SaaS.


• 2+ years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions or similar enterprise platforms.


• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


• Experience working with ServiceNow partner ecosystem is an advantage.


• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:


• ServiceNow sales or pre-sales certifications.


• Existing relationships within enterprise IT or ServiceNow customer base.


• Experience in public sector or regulated industries is a plus.


• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for digital transformation.
