Corporate Sales Specialist

Scope of position
: The Corporate Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored learning and development solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their learning and development goals.
• Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide informed and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process and beyond.
Job Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or L&D industry.
Training background is essential
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored training solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
