Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled 
E-commerce Marketing Manager
 to lead our marketing strategy, manage the digital team, and drive measurable growth in online sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has solid experience in e-commerce marketing, paid media, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Lead a team of content creators, designers, and media buyers.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaign results.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to plan promotions and launches.
  • Oversee social media strategy and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Track KPIs and present weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Research competitors and market trends in the beauty and hair industry.

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS):

  • Conversion rate: 
    ≥ 2.5%
  • Engagement rate on social platforms:

  • Campaign delivery deadlines: 
    90%+ on time

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Data Studio, Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing remote marketing teams.
  • Creative mindset with understanding of the beauty or fashion industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
