Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Content Creator at MZ Creatives. The Senior Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality content strategies tailored to client needs, creating compelling and innovative written and visual content for various platforms, and overseeing the production of social media materials, such as trending posts and video content. Daily responsibilities include composing, editing, and optimizing content, collaborating with the creative team, and monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies and drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in content creation, creative writing, and editing
  • Expertise in social media strategies, brand frameworks, and content development
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content calendars and visual designs
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital content tools and platforms
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
