Senior/Junior Commercial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
For Senior Commercial Engineers:
- Lead cost estimation and pricing for MEP packages.
- Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate cost data.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
For Junior Commercial Engineers:
- Support cost estimation activities for MEP works.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
- Collect data from technical office and site teams for pricing.
- Assist in evaluating supplier and subcontractor offers.
- Prepare commercial documentation and maintain cost records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
. - Experience in MEP cost estimation, tenders, or commercial roles (seniority based).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Familiarity with MEP systems, drawings, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
