Role Summary:

The Senior Solutions Architect is a strategic role responsible for defining the technical blueprint for Saudi ReadyMix's high-impact AI and Power Platform initiatives. This role will ensure that all solutions, from machine learning models for Concrete Mix Optimization to large-scale Power Platform applications, are designed for rapid deployment, scalability, security, and immediate business value

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Solution Design:
 Architect end-to-end technical solutions for complex AI/ML projects like Concrete Mix Optimization and Safety Compliance Monitoring, ensuring the integration of AI models with existing operational systems (e.g., ERP {D365 F&O}, production data).

Power Platform Strategy:
Lead the design and integration strategy for enterprise-wide Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Executive Dashboards (Power BI), and automation of key 
processes like Supply Chain, HR and Financial Management using Power Apps and Power Automate

Technical Governance:
Define architectural standards, best practices, and guardrails for Power Platform development to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to SRMCC IT's compliance and security standards.

Leadership & Mentoring:
Act as the lead technical expert, providing guidance to the augmented and internal teams, and facilitating on-the-job learning and knowledge transfer to rapidly upskill internal staff

Stakeholder Communication:
Translate complex technical designs and feasibility assessments for AI/ML and Power Platform initiatives into clear, business-focused language for executive stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect designing enterprise-level solutions.

Mandatory: Deep expertise in architecting solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning).

Solid experience in data architecture and integration with various systems (ERP, D365 F&O, Databases, Data Lakes) to support BI and AI projects.

Strong ability to balance current needs with future scalability and strategic direction.
