), is currently seeking to hire:

Export Operations Manager

Location: El Obour – Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on all export shipments (Sea – Air – FCL – LCL).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.
  • Prepare and review all export-related documentation (Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Form 4, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse).
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipments with the required quality standards.
  • Monitor logistics costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international export regulations.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export or logistics, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
