Job Summary:

Senior Technical Sales Engineer
will oversee sales and business development for
post-harvest agrochemical products
designed to protect and enhance the quality of fruits and vegetables. This role involves leading a team, managing client relationships, and ensuring a strong market presence within the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the agrochemical sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote and sell post-harvest agrochemical solutions for fruits and vegetables.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the agriculture sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural partners.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure product quality and availability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Protection, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum of
    8 years of experience
    in the agrochemical or agricultural industry, specifically in
    post-harvest solutions for fruits and vegetables
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of agrochemical products and applications.
  • Proven experience in
    sales management or team leadership
    roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a results-driven team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
