Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a District Manager. The District Manager will oversee and lead regional operations to achieve sales targets and ensure the implementation of company strategies. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of representatives, analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The District Manager will also ensure compliance with organizational standards and represent the company's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team performance.
- Strong strategic planning and market analysis abilities to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage regional operations effectively.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales in a managerial role is highly desirable.
