Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Presales Engineer – Infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and presenting infrastructure solutions that meet client needs, collaborating with the sales team with technical expertise, and ensuring successful solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities:


• Understand customer requirements and design tailored infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, networking, etc.).


• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.


• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals for multi-vendors.


• Work closely with sales, vendors, and technical teams to define and validate infrastructure solutions.


• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs).


• Support the tendering and bidding process with accurate technical input.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and vendor offerings.


• Multi-vendor alignment.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (presales, solution design, or infrastructure engineering).


• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix).


• Networking fundamentals is a must.


• Strong knowledge of backup software (Veeam/Cohesity/Dell DPS) is a plus.


• Familiarity with vendors such as Dell, Cisco, or Lenovo is a plus.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
