About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the end-to-end development of high-impact products that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong product sense, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of delivering successful digital products in fast-paced environments.

You will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and execute with excellence. This role requires ownership, leadership, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, user research, requirements, roadmap, execution, launch, and continuous improvement.

-Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.

-Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams.

-Translate customer insights, business needs, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and user stories.

-Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making and clear trade-off rationale.

-Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive iterations to improve metrics and customer satisfaction.

-Lead go-to-market planning and ensure smooth product launches with all stakeholders.

-Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

-Guide and mentor junior product managers to elevate the overall product practice.

-Ensure delivery quality while maintaining speed and alignment.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

-6+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in tech, AI, or digital products.

-Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.

-Proven experience defining and delivering products from concept to launch.

-Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

-Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

-Experience in AI/ML, automation, or platform-based products.

-Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.).

-UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.

-Strong business acumen with the ability to drive product-market fit.
