Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Accountant will handle daily financial operations, including record-keeping, generating financial statements, tax preparation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include accounts payable and receivable management, payroll processing, and preparing reports to provide financial insights to support decision-making. The role requires coordination with the team to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in accounting within the financial or professional services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
