Aquacap is a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and cosmetics industries.

We're seeking an
HR Officer
to support and manage daily human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, compliance, and workforce development across the company.

Working Hours:

9 AM to 5 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

What You Will Do:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and assist in setting KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HSE guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and implementing training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and provide support for HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and enhancing workforce efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with multiple teams.
