Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Pharmacist at Sehha Pharmacies in New Cairo. The Community Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient care, conducting health and medication reviews, and offering advice on health issues. They will also be involved in managing inventory, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescribed medications, ensure proper dosage, and provide guidance on drug interactions and administration.
  • Provide over-the-counter (OTC) medication recommendations based on patient symptoms.
  • Manage the accurate preparation and delivery of monthly contract medications for partnered companies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the branch manager.
  • Handle insurance prescriptions efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
  • Offer excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and share improvement ideas with the branch manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a community pharmacy (experience in pharmacy chains is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
  • Proficiency in using database programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Pharmacy degree and valid license to practice
