Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visual content, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and typography. Daily tasks include designing layouts, editing videos, collaborating with the marketing team, and brainstorming creative concepts to align with Shosh's brand values. The candidate will also ensure all visual content meets high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually impactful assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, ads, and branding materials.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop content tailored for various formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Banners, etc.) with platform best practices in mind.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative that meets business objectives and brand standards.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh, innovative design ideas.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to speed up creative workflows and improve quality.
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Keep up with design, video, branding, and social media trends.

Qualifications

  • Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills
  • Experience with Branding and Typography
  • Proficiency in video editing software and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Experience in the beauty or hair care industry is a plus
  • Agency background is required — experience working with multiple brands, tight timelines, and varied creative briefs.
