About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Operations Manager
to join our advertising and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure workflow efficiency, and support the company's growth by improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and internal communication.
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate between creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop operational strategies and implement best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and support management in decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ).
  • Knowledge of advertising workflows and creative production cycles.
  • Ability to develop and optimize internal SOPs.
