Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for the position of مدير تخطيط (Planning Manager). The responsibilities include overseeing project planning and strategy implementation, managing equity compensation plans, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring the overall alignment of project goals with the company's objectives. The Planning Manager will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Restricted Stock and Equity Compensation management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis and ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plans) administration
• Experience in Accounting, including budgetary and financial reporting processes
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in retail or a similar industry is a plus
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
