Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and support online/offline healthcare events and webinars.

Coordinate with event partners, speakers, and sponsors.

Manage event marketing campaigns across Medicaspace channels.

Prepare post-event reports and follow-ups with participants.

Strengthen Medicaspace's visibility through PR activities and media engagement.

1. Marketing & Sales – Providers Sector

Responsibilities:

Promote Medicaspace solutions (IMMS, marketplace, education tools) to hospitals, clinics, labs, and imaging centers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Develop sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Create marketing proposals and tailored presentations for providers.

Collect feedback from providers to enhance Medicaspace services.

1. Marketing & Sales – Corporate Sector

Responsibilities:

Focus on healthcare corporations (manufacturers, distributors, service companies, event organizers).

Present Medicaspace's marketing tools, dynamic websites, and corporate features.

Manage B2B sales cycles from lead generation to contract closing.

Represent Medicaspace in digital exhibitions and networking sessions.

Track competitors and suggest strategies for growth in the corporate sector.

1. Public Relations & Education Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with doctors, professors, and experts to build educational content.

Support Medicaspace Academy programs and internships.

Manage live-stream sessions and online courses.

Develop PR campaigns for promoting Medicaspace's education initiatives.

Build strong relationships with universities, medical societies, and student ambassadors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biomedical, medical, or a related field.

Experience 0–3 years (fresh graduates welcome).

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools.

Ability to work remotely with good time management and task ownership.

Nice to Have:
