Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will handle daily responsibilities such as assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, providing high-quality customer service, and utilizing their expertise in real estate markets to guide investment decisions. Core responsibilities also include maintaining property listings, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements to meet clients' goals.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proficiency with real estate databases and online property platforms
  • Knowledge of Cairo's real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree
