Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused
Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
to manage and grow key client accounts across the
GCC and MENA regions
. The role requires strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

This position is
office-based in Egypt
and requires close collaboration with regional clients and cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management

  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for assigned client accounts in the
    GCC & MENA regions
  • Build and maintain
    strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client objectives, business challenges, and KPIs
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates (online & in-person when required)

Account & Project Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day account operations and campaign execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Content, Performance, Production)
  • Ensure projects are delivered
    on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Prepare and review proposals, timelines, and reports

Strategy & Growth

  • Contribute to
    account growth
    through upselling and cross-selling agency services
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support strategic planning for campaigns and ongoing retainer accounts
  • Monitor performance and recommend optimization opportunities

Reporting & Quality Control

  • Ensure high standards of quality across all deliverables
  • Review reports and performance insights before client submission
  • Handle client feedback professionally and proactively

RequirementsExperience

  • Account Manager:
    Minimum
    2–3 years
    experience in account management (digital agency experience is a must)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, social media, media buying, and campaign management
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Client-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in
    English
    is required (Arabic is a strong plus)
