Role Description
Operation Team Leader oversees daily operations, manage and mentor a team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, setting goals, coordinating project execution, and ensuring adherence to existing processes. Additionally, the role involves facilitating communication between team members, solving operational challenges, and contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership and management skills, including team mentoring, performance evaluation, and task delegation
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination
  • Familiarity with visa application processes and international travel regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in the visa processing industry or similar services is advantageous
