About the Role

We are looking for a
Network / Infrastructure Engineer
to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, security, and reliability of network and server environments across multiple sites and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and security teams to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
  • Maintain and optimize server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, or bandwidth issues.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and patch management.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions.
  • Support users and internal teams on infrastructure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure network reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning, migrations, and upgrade projects.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–6 years) as a
    Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Engineer
    .
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
  • Firewalls and VPNs (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar)
  • Windows/Linux Server environments
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as
    CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or Azure Administrator
    are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
