Job Description
1- Managing and maintaining user access across business-critical and banking applications, ensuring full alignment with internal security standards.
2- Executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for internal employees and external partners, guaranteeing compliance with security and governance policies.
3- Administering Active Directory accounts, including identity validation, group membership management, and secure access provisioning, with strong proficiency in Active Directory and practical experience using PowerShell to support and streamline access management tasks.
4- Handling IT service requests related to access management and resolving authentication and login incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
5- Performing scheduled audits and reviews of user access rights to maintain a secure, compliant, and properly segregated application environment.
6- Coordinating with Desktop Support and System Engineering teams to analyze and troubleshoot access-related issues, enhancing operational efficiency.
7- Developing and maintaining updated technical documentation for user access workflows, security procedures, and compliance requirements.
8- Providing guidance, mentoring, and training to new team members to ensure adherence to access management standards and security protocols.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or Windows administration roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, especially creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, group membership management, and identity access tasks.
Good knowledge of Windows Administration fundamentals, including user management, permissions, and system environment basics.
Experience with credential setup, including telephone credentials, application credentials, and access provisioning processes.
Practical experience using PowerShell for user management and simple automation tasks.
Strong command of the English language (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate professionally with international teams.
Good understanding of IT security standards, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
Ability to handle access-related service requests and troubleshoot authentication/login issues efficiently.
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools and documentation processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured access workflows.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with system engineers and desktop teams.
