Qesm El Maadi Cairo, Egypt ECS - Energy and Contracting Solutions Full time

Responsibilities

·      Reviewing payment terms for the issued PO's and compare it with ECS payment policy.

·      Receiving all invoices coming into ECS, and verifies the accuracy by matching them with the approved PO and stock receipt or by services contracts to avoid paying inaccurate or fraudulent invoices.

·      Recording the Invoices on the ERP system.

·      Ensuring that each invoice is posted to the correct vendor and that, the correct amounts and cost center are posted.

·      Generate quarterly balance confirmation with ECS vendors and reconcile the discrepancies.

·      Controlling the unsettled balances for ECS vendors, and asked the procurement department to cover the needed invoices.

·      Following up sites accountants to make sure the implementation of ECS policies and identify deviations.

·      Generate a monthly report for supplier's advances by PO, project and sector.

·      Generate a monthly report for all open PO's included the status for each PO.

·      Provide the auditors by all required data which required for the financial statements.

·      Generate form 41 for withholding taxes and settlement the taxes authority dues.

·      Issuing payments for all taxes type.

·      Generate a yearly report for withholding taxes payment.

Qualifications

  • Commerce Bachelor degree (Accounting Department).
  • Must be from Constructions Background .
  • Must be results-oriented, able to manage timelines and proactively communicate on-going issues to various team members
  • Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Comfort with manipulating and managing large amounts of data with heavy reconciliation skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the financial team for the customers.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
