We are seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer
to join our technical team and support the deployment, automation, and scaling of our cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
AWS or OVHcloud
,
Kubernetes
,
CI/CD pipelines
,
Docker
, and
infrastructure as code
.

They will play a critical role in ensuring reliability, security, and performance across our multi-tenant SaaS environment, including e-invoicing, ERP integrations, and high-availability systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Deploy, manage, and scale cloud resources on
  AWS / OVHcloud
  .
• Design and maintain VPC, load balancers, autoscaling, networking, and storage.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system resilience.

2. CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for .NET Core, Java, NodeJS, and React environments.
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD (SAST, Dependency check, IaC scanning).

3. Containerization & Orchestration

• Deploy and manage microservices using
  Docker
  and
  Kubernetes
  (EKS, K3s, or managed clusters).
• Optimize pod autoscaling, resource limits, and namespaces for multi-tenant workloads.
• Implement service mesh, ingress controllers, and monitoring tools.

4. Monitoring, Observability & Logging

• Implement monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch).
• Set up alerting, dashboards, and health checks for proactive issue detection.
• Improve visibility for performance, latency, and error tracking.

5. Security, Compliance & Governance

• Implement DevSecOps practices aligned with ISO 27001, UAE MOF accreditation, and SecNumCloud guidelines.
• Manage secrets vaults, encryption (AES-GCM, KMS), IAM roles, and secure networking.
• Ensure secure configuration of clusters, servers, and pipelines.

6. Database & Storage Support

• Assist in deployment and tuning of
  PostgreSQL
  , Redis, and other data stores.
• Manage backups, snapshots, retention policies, and database availability.
• Support sharding/multi-catalog strategies when required.

7. Reliability & Support

• Troubleshoot production issues, escalate when needed, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Participate in on-call rotations (if required).
• Continuously optimize for performance, cost, and user experience.

8. Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, and security teams for seamless releases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years
  hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of
  AWS, OVHcloud, or Azure
  .
• Experience with
  Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  .
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Strong understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of networking, security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, Java, NodeJS, and microservices is a plus.
