About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Full-Stack Developer
with expertise in both
web and mobile application development
to join our growing tech team at
Xappee
.

You will design, build, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, working closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work in a collaborative environment focused on
clean code, performance, and innovation
.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Build intuitive and responsive
  front-end interfaces
  (web and mobile).
• Develop
  server-side applications, APIs, and database solutions
  .
• Create and manage cross-platform mobile apps using
  React Native or Flutter
  .
• Optimise applications for
  performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility
  .
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement
  user-focused features
  .
• Conduct
  code reviews
  to maintain high-quality standards.
• Integrate third-party
  services, APIs, and SDKs
  .
• Implement
  CI/CD pipelines
  for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Ensure
  security and data protection
  best practices are consistently applied.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug applications in production.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in software development.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years
  of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, including
  mobile app development
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  front-end technologies
  :
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frameworks: React, Angular, or
• Proficiency in
  back-end technologies
  :
• , Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience with
  cross-platform mobile frameworks
  : React Native or Flutter
• Solid understanding of
  databases
  :
• SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase)
• Familiarity with
  RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
  .
• Experience with
  CI/CD pipelines
  and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of
  cloud platforms
  (AWS, Azure, GCP) and
  containerisation
  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with
  Agile/Scrum
  methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing apps to the
  Google Play Store
  and
  Apple App Store
  .
• Familiarity with
  mobile app testing frameworks
  .
• Experience in
  CI/CD automation for mobile apps
  .
• Exposure to
  mobile-specific design principles
  (performance, offline storage, push notifications).
• Prior experience in
  distributed Agile/Scrum teams
  .
