Technical Office Engineer
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development Sector
, located in
Moqattam
, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Prepare and review
    shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals
    in accordance with project specifications.
  • Perform
    quantity surveying and material take-off
    for all construction disciplines.
  • Coordinate with
    consultants and site engineers
    to resolve design or execution conflicts.
  • Review project
    BOQs, cost estimates, and variation orders
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
  • From
    2
    to
    4
    years of experience as a
    Technical Office Engineer
    within a
    Real Estate Development Company (MUST).
  • Strong knowledge of
    shop drawings, quantity surveying, and technical coordination
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
    (Primavera or BIM knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork abilities.
