Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing top-notch support to ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, maintaining satisfaction, collaborating across teams for issue resolution, and contributing to an overall quality service environment.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
