Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Mīt Ghamr. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project budgets, managing costs throughout the project lifecycle, and providing regular financial reports. The role requires working collaboratively with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and accurate financial planning, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeframes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to effectively monitor and manage project budgets.
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed documentation for projects.
• Expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is advantageous.
